    About the Role

    • To ensure that orders are placed onto the right suppliers; deliveries are made to the agreed terms and conditions and ensuring all other conditions supporting the Production/ Engineering/ Warehouse requirements.
    • This requires regular interface with Operations team and suppliers to provide full support in supply planning.
    • To be the initial point of contact for all inquiries/delivery status to the components related to all the Local assembled products.
    • To ensure correct documents are provided to the suppliers to enable timely clearance of goods while maintaining a high level of productivity and responsiveness.

    Key Activities:

     

    • Provide administrative assistance to Local Production Team particularly related to PO booking for local assembly components,
    • Update PO confirmations and liaise with production and suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are acceptable and request improvement on delivery schedules were required
    • Timely coordination of any changes to orders with vendors, i.e. freight mode, cancellations, etc.
    • Material Master creation and maintenance related to local assembly.
    • Coordinate with CSSC team for the Booster/panel orders
    • Adapt a proactive approach to address and follow up on Booster/panel orders and keep the Production team informed on a periodic basis on the time frame for delivery confirmation, any possible delays and creative solutions.
    • Coordinate shipments with suppliers, Logistics Team and warehouse.
    • Develop close working relationships with Production and Engineering team with a focus on mutually benefiting decisions, plans and contracts.
    • Identify and implement best practices that will benefit the overall business; lead improvement projects as required.
    • Follow up invoices from vendors to ensure that these are booked in the system.
    • Carry out specially assigned tasks as required.
    • Send quarterly delivery performance report for Local Vendor and discuss regarding improvements
    • Gate Pass handling for local deliveries
    • Carry out ERP super user duties (MM).
    • Creation and maintenance of Source List in DUBAI plant. Run cost roll ups and ensure correct costing reflects in sales orders.
    • Review ROP /Safety stock of all the components and support Production to handle the stock efficiently.
    • Proactively involve for improving overall Supply chain Services there by offering Production team to achieve the KPI goals.
    • Proactive approach in the cost management.
    • To maintain positive attitude, always willing to help and support the colleagues.
    • Understand and follow the company HSE policy, be responsible for own commitment to Health, Safety and Environment and of others who may be affected by his/her actions at work.
    • Other tasks from Manager


    Warehouse Management

     

    • Assist Warehouse store keeper in maintain the stock accuracy.
    • Involve in Warehouse admin jobs in day today activities.
    • Responsible of Slow moving parts reports and handling.

     


    Qualifications and Skills Required:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum : 5-6 years in similar experience preferably in the same field.
    • Proactivity and good communication skills both oral and written English


    Added Advantages:

     

    • Experience with pumps and control panels
    • Knowledge in SAP MM , PP and WM modules
    • Expert in MS OFFICE/ SAP BUSINESS WAREHOUSE
    • Knowledge in Warehouse Management.

    Work Experience:

     

    • Experience in Supply Chain Management especially in Supply planning.
    • Experience in Warehouse management
    • Experience in Master data handling
    • Experience in Vendor Management including pricing negotiations.
